The appetizers at Sabatini’s were light, I was expecting something a little heavier, I’m glad it wasn’t, There was plenty of great food coming.

Carnival Sensation and Dive Tanks

This picture was taken off the docks in Cozumel. I was trying to be creative including the 2 subjects (the ships; Carnival & Royal Caribbean and the dive tanks) together.

Sabatini’s Seafood Soup

You’ll find Sabatini’s specialty restaurant on most the Princess ships. And I highly recommend a dinner there at least once on your cruise.

A meal at Sabatini’s is made up of 5 courses, starting with a selection of antipasti, followed by soup, salad, pasta, main course and ending with dessert.

Chocolate Easter Eggs

Chocolate Easter eggs on Caribbean Princess.

I was really surprised to see such large eggs. The small one, up front were almost 2 feet high and there must have been about 20 of them. The staff let the kids go at-them the next day. I think the whole table was cleaned off by 8:30am (by the kids).

There are 3 levels and an elevator (on the right). A piano on the bottom floor (not in the picture) is played morning through the evening.

This is the Winston Churchill Room aboard the Caribbean Princess. And yes that is a pool table on the ceiling.

Caribbean Princess Balconies

It looks like there are 3 types of balconies on the Caribbean Princess. You can see there are 2 styles that are open and 2 more balcony levels that look out to sea.

Make sure you are getting the one you want. I understand some cruiseships will offer discounts with some balconies that have limited views.

Be sure to check all the properties of the cabin before you make your final decision.
