Seafood combo at Sabatinis Trattoria

This was the seafood combo at Sabatini’s Italian Restaurant on board the Caribbean Princess. This a 6 or 7 course meal and this mail entry included shrimp, scallops, lobster, and fish.

What really made the meal was the quality of the food and how attentive the servers were. They took great care to see we had everything we wanted.

Princess Cay is a beach in the Out-Islands of the Bahamas.

This was the first stop and a great place to unwind and and start enjoying the cruise and being away from work.

Take advantage of this full day of fun in the sun, there’s something for everyone, from snorkeling, kayaking, sailing and floating to lingering over drinks and a delicious barbecue lunch.

Maui Marathon

Considered one of the world’s most scenic marathons.

There’s plenty to do for the whole weekend.

Don’t miss the Carbo Luau at The Westin. This is usually a sold out event with plenty of good food and entertainment. I understand this year there maybe be 2 Luaus this year. Expect plenty of pasta with Basil tomato sauce or Alfredo sauce (made with skim milk), also garlic bread, roasted potatoes, and of course a huge salad bar. Friday the 14th 6:00pm

Sports & fitness Expo - Pick up your race package and take time to browse through the many vendors of running and fitness related products and services. Friday 14th (1:00pm - 8:00pm) and Saturday 15th (9:00am - 6:00pm)

Front St. in Lahaina is a world class event for the nations top milers and has proved to be a great community event for the kids. Saturday 15th 3:00pm-5:00pm

Take a close look, and you’ll see this is hand made wood inlay. I can’t image how long it took to make this Aztec Calendar.

Maya or Aztec Calendar

I found this Maya - Aztec calendar in one of the shops in Cozumel, it must have been over 5 feet tall.

This picture was taken from the highest spot on Cozumel. I’m not sure this was even 40 feet off the beach, but it is a highlight of any tour on Cozumel.
